The Wailea Palms complex is 120 units of beautiful concrete construction. Nearby is a community called The Palms at Wailea; this can be confusing as Wailea Palms was originally going to be called The Palms at Wailea Phase 2. The difference between Wailea Palms and the neighboring complex is that Wailea Palms doesn’t allow for vacation rentals—it’s a residential-only complex. The confusion between the two complexes is why Wailea Palms’ name was eventually changed and the gates were added.
With its all-concrete construction, poured floors, private settings, and windows on all the walls to give a sense of space, the complex of Wailea Palms is built the same as The Palms at Wailea, though the former has beige accents and the latter has teal accents (a good way to tell them apart). People love that the units at Wailea Palms feel open and airy. The floor plans range from one to two bedrooms and between 1,032 square feet to just over 1,650 square feet.
Many second homeowners winter here, taking advantage of the privacy and indulging in luxury.
As you can see in the video above, many of the units in the community have amazing ocean views and nice contemporary styles. Inside, it doesn’t take a lot to renovate them—the units were built between 1993 and 1994—but the floor plans are really easy to modify.
These are great properties for those looking for a residential feel. Many second homeowners winter here, taking advantage of the privacy and indulging in luxury with the amazing pool and fitness center. The community does allow residents to barbecue out on the lanais, which are huge compared to most other complexes.
