Tile flooring flows through the main living areas, with pristine Berber carpet in both bedrooms. Two-inch blinds, replacement windows and wall-mounted A/C in the living room and primary bedroom add comfort. The solar hot-water system have been replaced, and the primary bathroom tub has been resurfaced. Even the palm-tree screen door adds a fun touch of Maui personality. The oversized tiled lanai extends the living space, with a privacy screen creating a relaxing spot for morning coffee or kicking off your slippahs after a day at the beach. Community amenities include a large swimming pool with a lap lane, lounge chairs, a hot tub, picnic tables, an on-site gym, a playground and storage for surfboards, paddleboards and bikes and car wash area. With beautiful beaches and miles of shoreline close by, you can spend less time planning a beach day and more time enjoying one. Welcome home to your style of island living.
