About Mana Kai Maui

Today we will explore the Mana Kai in Maui Hawaii. The Mana Kai is a really cool building. It has eight stories, all concrete construction, and 98 units in the building. All the units are two-bedroom, two-bath. It was built in 1973 and it was built by a bunch of Hawaiian Airline pilots that when you bought it, you actually got a Chrysler K-car along with the deal.

Location

They picked probably the best location in all of the world in my opinion, right here on Keawakapu Beach. It looks right down towards Wailea. You’ve got beautiful island views of Molokini, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. It’s just spectacular. The other thing that I love about this property is just the centrally located area. You go a couple of blocks south and you’re in Wailea. You’re right at the golf courses. You’re right at all the resorts. You walk down the beach, you can be on the Wailea Beach Walk, walk to all the restaurants and the resorts from the waterside. You go to the north and you’re in Kihei to all the shops and all the shopping that’s available. It’s really pretty spectacular.

Amenities

The property offers some great amenities, a great ocean-front pool. Over in the corner, there’s some barbecue grills and a barbecue area. On the main level of this property, this is one of the other cool things, beautiful restaurant, Five Palms. There’s also the front desk. There’s a board rental and toys rental place for ocean activities, and then at the end, there’s a convenience store so you can go get sandwiches and ice and beer and water. Whatever you need, it’s all right here, close by. Lots of parking out front and just a great spot.
