Property Description
A rare opportunity to own one of the most desirable oceanfront condos in West Maui. Kahana Reef #407 stands apart with a thoughtful interior transformation rarely found in 611-sqft layouts. The kitchen wall was removed to create a more open, private entry and an elevated flow throughout the unit. The bathroom was also redesigned for added privacy and a more refined feel — upgrades that are architectural, not just cosmetic. Perfectly positioned to enjoy Maui’s cooling trade winds, #407 embraces the indoor-outdoor lifestyle with a lanai offering front-row views of whales, turtles, and unforgettable sunsets. Kahana Reef features recent major building upgrades, including new plumbing, a rare protective seawall, and offers a low-density oceanfront setting with solar-heated saline pool, greenway, and BBQ areas. This is truly the Best in Show – Unmatched Redesign & Comfort.
