And cooler part, there’s 30 units that are two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,380 plus square feet, and they offer a lock-off feature where you can rent part of the unit as a hotel suite and rent the other part as a one-bedroom if you like, or just stay in one of the units and rent the other side out.
Location
Grand Champions is right in the heart of Wailea, so you can walk to many places. You can walk to the shops of Wailea, you can walk to the village center, you can walk to the town center, you can walk to the gateway center, tons of restaurants, tons of opportunities. You can shop and dine easily. Also, the Wailea Tennis Club is right around the corner. So, great location, plenty of options nearby.
