In this episode of “Condos, Castles & Cottages,” I’ll take you inside Hokulani Golf Villas. They have some amazing condos here that look and feel like homes, and you’ll get an exclusive look at the entire development. This is one of my favorite communities because, in all honesty, I live here too. I sold this complex a little over a decade ago when it was brand new, and I loved it so much that I decided I would someday live here.
The cool thing about Hokulani is that while it is a condominium development, all of the units are free standing single family homes. So there is a great sense of privacy. It is like the best of both worlds. All of the conveniences of living in a Condo and all of the privacy of a home.
