So, you moved to Maui, you’ve gone through the pet quarantine, and you figured out how to bring your pet here by working with your vet, and now you need to know what properties allow pets.
If you’re buying a house, that is not really a big deal. Most home owners’ associations don’t restrict pets, but if you’re buying a condo, you need to be aware. There are some condominium associations that allow pets, and there some that prohibit pets.
When they do allow pets, very often there’s pet guidelines we need to take a look at. See, some of them restrict weight, some of them restrict what kind of pets, be it a cat, a dog, and then there also quantities. Most properties restrict two or less, but again, we would want to check what pets you’re bringing with you.
