It’s the Thanksgiving season, and I absolutely love this time of year. I’m thankful for my wife and family, my team, and everyone else in my office.
Today, though, I want to express how thankful I am for all of you helping me get to where I am in my career. I appreciate every opportunity that’s been given to me, and I encourage you to take a moment and tell the people around you what you’re thankful for and how much you appreciate them.

This year has been, without exaggeration, one of the most bizarre years any of us have ever seen, but it gives us the opportunity to think about what’s important, what’s not important, how we can appreciate those around us, and how each of us can be a leader in this world.
